Mobile Boiler Rentals from OSR

While the necessary repairs are being performed on your existing equipment, one of our Mobile Boiler Rooms can be connected to your system and be providing you with the required heating load.

Our units are 200 hp, 150 PSIG, Ohio Special, firetube boilers housed in a van type trailer. They are capable of burning natural gas, propane, or No. 2 fuel oil.

These units are complete boiler rooms including the following equipment:

• Boiler
• Feedwater tank and pump
• Chemical tank and feed pump
• Water softener
• Air compressor for atomizing
• Blowdown separator

Once the trailer arrives at your facility, simply bring electrical service into the transformer then connect the fuel, water, and steam lines. Our service technicians will start the boiler up and familiarize your personnel with the operation of the equipment.

NBW also has access to mobile steam generating units up to 150,000 pph, 750 PSIG, 750 degrees F superheat, as well as mobile feedwater systems.
